Welcome to a new week of Training Camp with Master Boxing!
Today is all about CARDIO. Goal is ultimately to complete all 3 sets in no more than 18 minutes. Make note of how you do today. Realize your areas of opportunity.
This week's video and skill training is all about DEFENSE:

You will practice these drills the entire week. Be diligent. Leave a comment or ask a question. You cannot afford not to master these drills. Take note to the leg word that is involved with these drills that at a glance appear to be mostly upper body. Thus, one more reason to stay on top of your conditioning and strength regimens.
