WEEK 3 / DAY 3 WEDNESDAY ENDURANCE & DEFENSE
Today is about ENDURANCE. So you know what that means. We are keeping the moves simple but going in hard. Don't back down.
*No official word from the Mayweather camp but it looks like Berto will be next to step in the ring with TBE on September 12, 2015.

WARM UP:
Two 3 minute rounds of Jump Rope
START:
8 Burpee Hurdles
8 Push Up then Squat
8 Forward then Reverse Lunge Each Side
20 Seconds Stationary Sprints
REPEAT 4 TIMES.

Catch your breath, grab some water & do a couple of sets of toe touches and torso rotations and get ready to do THE DEFENSIVE DRILL CIRCUIT
