WEEK 6: DAY 1: MONDAY: CARDIO, BREAK & STEP & PERFECTING THE JAB

Good Monday morning to you! Welcome to the last week of your first 6 week training camp with Master Boxing. In this final week of camp, we will be finishing stronger than we started. If you have been diligent with your training, you should be nodding your head in agreement about now. Alot goes into a 6 week camp and it is all for something. As we close out this week, we are prepping for the next camp. So, put your nose to the grindstone this week and get this work in.
On a separate tip, we know a lot of you are concerned about the extra weight you are carrying around. If you have not seen a significant drop in your weight, it is clear, your eating is not on point. The physical component alone will not get you across that line. There is no doubt you are selling yourself short if you are not eating properly to fuel your workout and operate at an optimal level.
