WEEK 6: DAY 5: FRIDAY: STRENGTH


Welcome to the last day of your first training camp with Master Boxing! Take a minute and ask yourself, "am I feeling stronger, sharper & more knowledgeable than I did on day 1?". If you stayed on course diligently, you should see a vast improvement. You should feel very proud and accomplished. The work that you have been doing day in and day out, there are only a few on the planet that do it. So, feel accomplished in your victory and get set for Camp II which will be all about OFFENSE. Enjoy the weekend!
