BETWEEN CAMP PREP: WEEK 1: DAY 1: MONDAY: CARDIO & JAB VARIATIONS

Congratulations on the completion of Training Camp I. The next 2 weeks we will be working to prep for Training Camp II. We will be putting everything together to be able to successfully and confidently begin the next camp. We must be sure you have the skills from Camp I digested. You can rest assured that we will not be slacking on our strength & conditioning.
Take time to assess where you are. Where do you need to spend some extra time? Be honest.
This week, your skills training will focus on VARIATIONS OF THE JAB.
START:
(15 Second rest between exercises & 30 seconds rest between sets.)
Set 1: SET 2:
35 Jumping Jacks 45 Jumping Jacks
15 Burpees 20 Burpees
25 Push Ups 60 Secs Run In Place
25 Squats 30 Jump Squats
60 Secs Run In Place 30 Mountain Climbers
25 Mountain Climbers 15 Toe Touches
SET 3:
50 Jumping Jacks
10 Burpees
60 Secs. Run In Place
20 Mountain Climbers
15 Torso Rotations
15 Arm Circles Forward & Backward
