BETWEEN CAMP PREP: WEEK 1: DAY 3: WEDNESDAY: ENDURANCE / JAB VARIATIONS

It's hump day!  Time to get that work in.  It is all about ENDURANCE so we are keeping it simple but going strong.  Do not skip out on the PT!  These moves are mandatory to prep the body properly for skills training.

How are you feeling about the JAB VARIATIONS?  Let us know.

 

START:

(REPEAT 4 TIMES)

 

8 Burpee Hurdles

8 Push Up + Squat

8 Forward + Reverse Lunges

20 Second Stationary Sprints

 

 

Now it’s time to PT Out:  

 

 

•  15 Toe Touches

•    15 Torso Rotations

•    15 Forward Arm Circles

•    15 Reverse Arm Circles

•    15 Hip Flexor Rotations

•    15 Achilles Rotations each side
