Today wraps up the first week in our between camp prep. How are you feeling? How confident are you with the JAB and the variations? What still feels awkward? It is important to note that you will never stop practicing the JAB. So stay diligent. Revert back when you need a refresher. You must keep your skills sharp. You can never practice enough.
