Alright Team, today is the last day of our In Between Camp sessions. The purpose was to review the skills already delivered and practice them diligently. I'm sure it is clear to you by now that you can never practice even the basics too much.

Go after this workout in full force. Feel accomplished headed into the weekend. Monday we start fresh with a new camp. The focus will be OFFENSE.
