TRAINING CAMP II WEEK 1: DAY 1: Cardio & Jab To The Body

Welcome to the second 6 week Master Boxing Training Camp. We have spent the last two weeks practicing some of the fundamentals before we give some new skills to add on. It is crucial that you embrace the importance of always "going back to the basics" and practicing them until they become second nature and like a natural reflex for you.

As we move into Camp II, our focus will be offense. We will take it one day at a time, one drill & punch at a time and we will master the science of basic offensive skills.

Two great fighters fought this past weekend: Mares & Santa Cruz. Thanks to our friends at Premier Boxing Champions (The brainchild of Al Haymon) the fight could be enjoyed by all on ESPN. Thank you PBC for bringing free boxing to all. Our sport will only continue to elevate.

25 Push Ups 60 Secs Run In Place

25 Squats 30 Jump Squats

60 Secs Run In Place 30 Mountain Climbers

25 Mountain Climbers 15 Toe Touches SET 3:

50 Jumping Jacks

10 Burpees

60 Secs Run In Place

20 Mountain Climbers

15 Torso Rotations

15 Arm Circles Forward & backward
