Welcome to week 2 of Training Camp II! This week it is all about learning how to deliver the STRAIGHT RIGHT HAND. This is a most effective punch when you know how to execute and deliver it. It takes practice. So, buckle down and commit to learning the logisitics of the STRAIGHT RIGHT HAND.
START: (15 Second rest between exercises & 30 seconds rest between sets.)

20 Mountain Climbers
15 Torso Rotations
