TRAINING CAMP II: WEEK 4: DAY 1: CARDIO & FOOTWORK WITH DUMBBELL DEFENSE
Ok everyone, today we start week 4 of Master Boxing's Training Camp II. Drills this week will have a focus on strengthening the body with dumbbell shadow boxing. So, grab you a set of 5-8lb dumbbells and see and feel the difference immediately. It will not be easy. The shoulders are going to be taxed for sure.
