Welcome to the final week of Training Camp II. As we start the week, we are going to continue practicing our punch numbers. You can never practice these babies enough. As you are getting the punches down, start thinking about throwing punch combinations. Take for example this Inside Combination Sequence:

60 Secs Run In Place 30 Mountain Climbers

25 Mountain Climbers 15 Toe Touches SET 3: 50 Jumping Jacks 10 Burpees 60 Secs Run In Place 20 Mountain Climbers 15 Torso Rotations 15 Arm Circle Forward & Backward
