25 Mountain Climbers 15 Toe Touches SET 3: 50 Jumping Jacks 10 Burpees 60 Secs Run In Place 20 Mountain Climbers 15 Torso Rotations 15 Arm Circle Forward & Backward

DRILL TIME!:

Today is the hook to the body which is Punch #7....

Here is your combo: 1-2-7-3-2 Roll 1-1

Repeat this circuit until comfortable. Approximately 3 rounds. Remember, stay defensively responsible.
